Learn how to safely create fights between two characters who don't know what they're doing but are fighting anyway! You'll learn how to push, pull and grapple and even create your own choreography. Please wear clothes that you're comfortable rolling on the ground in.

This workshop is led by Melissa Freilich, who works as a director, teacher and fight choreographer in Baltimore, MD. She is a certified teacher Dueling Arts International and the Society of American Fight Directors, as well as an Alexander Technique teacher for AmSAT. Her passions include directing plays with strong female characters, biking around Baltimore, and helping people enjoy stage combat whether or not they think of themselves as coordinated.
